Job Description
Procurement Executive
Responsibility:
- Identify and select vendors to procure products meeting criteria of price, quality, availability, and delivery dates.
- Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specification, and compliance. Follow up with market trends to identify current and future product requirements.
- Process day-to-day sourcing, purchasing, and inventory planning activities with a focus on reducing costs or minimizing price increases without compromising quality and compliance to sourcing guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Coordinate with the Finance department regarding suppliers’ invoices and payment issues.
- Review, monitor, prepare, and perform database maintenance, reporting, and record accuracy of procurement activities, cost analysis.
- Undertake any other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree and above
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
