Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer phone inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, with verbal proficiency in English and Malay.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Good phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum diploma in any field, but candidates with SPM qualification (science stream) are also welcomed to apply.
• No experience is required, and any prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
