Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inspects building and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions.
- Perform minor electrical maintenance, including replacement or repair of fixtures such as wall switches and outlets, bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance, such as replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging drains, trenching, replacing drain hoses on washers, etc.
- Maintains a safe, comfortable working environment and ensures proper housekeeping.
- Orders parts and maintains required documents.
- Performs other assigned work-related duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum academic qualification is Diploma/STPM.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in a similar industry/environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,499.00 per month
