Job Description
- To manage, supervise and support a team of subordinates which consist of midwife, nurses and management staffs for the daily operation of Confinement Centre.
- To lead and creating a positive working environment that encourages team feedback and active participation towards Centre operations and Management decision making.
- Use product knowledge to make relevant recommendations and increase customer satisfaction.
- To inspect and ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the entire confinement center.
- To monitor and take care daily confinement food quality supply to cater customers’ needs and concerns.
- Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their deliveries and address any delivery-related concerns.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales and repeat business.
- To be actively involved in the search for business opportunities and new marketing tools to increase sales and ultimately improve the profitability of the Confinement Centre.
