Job Description
Our client, Staffing Services, is a well-established company with a focus on state-of-the-art Hotels, Malls, and Properties. They are currently expanding their Mall and Hotel operations and are looking for a Visual Artist to join their pioneer team and support pre-opening operations.
Job Scopes:
- Create visually impactful and immersive environmental art installations tailored to malls, hotels, and properties.
- Craft/Design 3D sculptures, installations, and art pieces that complement the environment and reflect the brand’s identity.
- Conceptualize and execute event décor, transforming spaces for various occasions while aligning with thematic requirements and branding guidelines.
- Design and implement effective wayfinding systems that facilitate smooth navigation and elevate the visual experience for visitors within the space.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, event planning) to align visual installations with brand strategies and campaign themes.
- Integrate artistic lighting solutions into installations and spaces, enhancing the overall visual impact and ambiance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for environmental art projects, ensuring successful and timely execution.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant working capacity with Environmental Art exposure: Wayfinding, 3D Sculptures, Event Décor, Artistic Lighting.
- Exposure in Mall/Hotel/Property projects is an added advantage.
- Good sense of color and materials used on 3D sculptures/wayfinding, e.g. wood, metal, cement, steel, etc.
- Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D Software.
- Fun, creative, energetic, team player, passionate at work with good communication skills.
- Permanent vacancy based in Petaling Jaya.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
