Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Training Program Executive in our Graduate Apprentice Program (GAP). As a GAP Training Program Executive, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our training programs for graduate apprentices.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training modules, assessing the progress of apprentices, and providing guidance and support to ensure their successful completion of the program. You will work closely with the program manager, faculty members, and other stakeholders to ensure the program’s effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and preferably some experience in training and development. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position, as you will be required to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders. An ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment is also crucial.
