Job Description
This is a junior position reporting to HR Manager & executive within the organization.
As HR Assistant, you will be responsible for HR administration and play a pivotal role in the company’s HR portfolio.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations within the HR & Administration Department.
- Download thumprint & punchcard and do excel manual calculation for salary (50-70 staff).
- Assist exec in all other HR related matters.
- Excellent in Microsoft Word and Excel and good in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to handle stress and can work long hours (OT paid).
- Can start work immediately.
- SPM or Fresh Graduate accepted.
