Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identifying candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques
- Partnering with consultants or clients to identify and understand key requirements and build a comprehensive recruiting strategy
- Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment
- Proactive high-level sourcing, such as Linkedin and Boolean searches, and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking
- Managing the recruitment process and applicants in our Recruitment system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Enjoy working in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
