Job Description
To ensure the correct labeling of the final product, you will be responsible for scanning the sticker barcode from the production output.
Under the instruction of the Supervisor, you will be in charge of loading the final product for customers.
During the loading activity, it will be your duty to ensure the accurate scanning of the product code based on the Sales Support Order.
To ensure timely delivery, you will need to perform Loose Picking one day in advance for tomorrow’s deliveries.
Retrieving pallets with products from the conveyer palletizer station will be part of your responsibilities.
You will also need to top up pallets for the dispenser palletizer, making sure it does not exceed 10 pieces.
Efficiently placing palletized final products at the designated area in the warehouse storage will be required.
You will be responsible for ensuring all SKU’s products are loaded and unloaded in good condition.
Segregating pallets returned from customers into good/broken (TBR, BER, and RFI) conditions will also be part of your duties.
It will be your responsibility to conduct daily forklift inspections and fill up the daily checklist.
Keeping the loading area clean and tidy on a daily basis will be essential.
Additionally, you will need to recount and record the pallets returned from customers into the PRA system.
