- Mitsui Outlet Park, KLIA, Sepang
Job Description:
- To focus customers on discovering and selecting Russell Taylors home appliance products.
- To offer & promote products to customers.
- To inform customers about new products & other promotions.
- To oversee merchandising & display of products.
- To answer customer questions & complaints.
- To track sales targets & do daily inventory.
- To track competitors’ activities, sales & promotions.
Core Competencies:
- Must have the drive to deliver results and ambition for self-improvement.
- Must be adaptable to changes in the working environment and methods.
- Must prioritize consumer & customer needs.
- Must be willing to learn and have good learning abilities.
- Must be able to engage with External Customers.
- Must be willing to work throughout retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
Who You Are:
- Preferably someone with work experience in sales.
- Basic merchandising skills and knowledge.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.

- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
