Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for People Pathfinders Sdn Bhd. Your main role will involve acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and identifying potential customers through various lead generation methods.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Presenting and demonstrating our products or services to potential customers.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Providing excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
