Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Global Online Travel Agency Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of travel agents and ensuring smooth operations of our online travel agency.
As Team Leader, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing the daily activities of the team
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
- Setting performance goals and evaluating team performance
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize team productivity
- Collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
- Monitoring industry trends and recommending innovative solutions to stay competitive
