Job Description
– Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
– Reply to customer questions and queries on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
– Arrange for delivery and coordinate with customers and transporters.
– Inform customers in the Klang Valley when goods are ready for self-collection.
– Liaise with courier services regarding customer parcels and deliveries.
– Handle customer/supplier direct call line and resolve related issues.
– Check courier invoices to match with customer courier charges.
– Assist in general office administrative tasks.
– Responsible for day-to-day administrative work, including entering customer data into the database.
