Job Description
- Propose new products for e-commerce channels
- Continuously monitor and update product list data
- Facilitate order processing, delivery, and returns for customer orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities
- Strategize and execute data-driven activities
- Report on the coordination of inventory and stock movements.
- Identify and foster strategic business partnerships
- Implement and oversee e-commerce activities
- Introduce new initiatives for business collaborations
- Oversee operations to ensure service excellence
- Manage service quality and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programs across digital platforms
- Track and report the business outcomes derived from data-driven insights
