We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Collections Revenue Team Lead. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals and contribute to our company’s success.

As a Collections Revenue Team Lead, your main responsibility will be to oversee the collections department and ensure effective management of accounts receivable. You will lead a team of collection specialists, providing guidance and support to meet collection targets and maximize revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising a team of collection specialists and providing ongoing training and development.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize collections processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Monitoring and analyzing collection trends and communicating findings to senior management.

• Providing regular reports and updates on collection performance to management.
