Job Description
An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, recording, and analyzing financial information, and preparing financial statements. They play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and decision-making.
As an Accounts Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
- Recording and maintaining financial transactions in the general ledger
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial records
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Keeping up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices
