Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling full set of import/export shipping documents and invoices, including Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Insurance Documents, etc.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm documentations
- Ensure that all permits and documentations are in order
- Meet delivery deadlines and requirements
- Prepare and file export documentation
- Negotiate freight charges and forwarding cost
- Plan and monitor shipment schedule
- Troubleshoot any shipment-related issues independently
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills with external and internal parties
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good working attitude and ability to work under pressure
- 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in Logistics, Forwarding/Shipping documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
