Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Assistant Manager/Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and expanding our ocean freight/4PL services. You will collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities
- Preparing and presenting business proposals to potential clients
- Managing and overseeing the entire business development process, from inception to execution
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the logistics industry, with a focus on ocean freight/4PL services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
