Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supervisor cum Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily cash transactions, monitoring inventory levels, and supervising the cashier staff.
As a Supervisor cum Cashier, you will oversee the cash handling process, including ensuring accuracy in cash counting, maintaining proper documentation, and reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift. You will also be responsible for training and guiding the cashier staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle cash transactions with precision, and a strong attention to detail.
