Job Description
To perform general administration, handling customers, and data entry duties. (E.g. answering calls, photocopy, mailing, filing, and data entry)
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and update information
- Collect payment from customers
- Maintain a systematic filing system
- Provide administratively support (data entry) to the accounts department
- Perform other related activities as when necessary
- Able to work independently
- Training will be provided
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Highly motivated & have a positive personality
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Applicants must be willing to work at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Possess a valid driving license
