Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Ensure all the statutory deductions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax and HRDF are submitted on a timely and accurate manner.
- Check staff attendance and leave record.
- Execute HR Administration matters.
- Maintain personal files and records.
- Assist to issue some of the HR related letters.
- Ensure proper filing of staff records.
- Assist in any other tasks as and when assigned.
This contractual term is to cover our staff under maternity leave and this position can be absorbed as a permanent staff depending on your work performance.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
