Job Description
As a Plant HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in ensuring the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives to support the success of our plant operations. Working closely with the plant leadership team, you will provide HR guidance and coaching on various aspects, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work culture. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify HR needs and develop effective solutions, while also managing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
To succeed as a Plant HRBP, you should have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Your problem-solving and analytical abilities will help you identify opportunities for improvement and propose effective HR strategies.
