Job Description
- Consult and communicate with Managers on training needs
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Conduct classroom/online training, workshops, and presentations
- Review promoters/supervisors performance and learning
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.
- Support and mentor new employees, supervisors, and promoters
- Keep attendance and other records
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Certification in training/teaching/equivalent, HRDF Certificate preferable
- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to work on weekends (when needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
