The Mission You Will Take On – What You Will Do
Hostel Responsibilities:
- Keying in and verifying monthly hostel utility bills.
- Generating purchase orders and addressing the hostel repair list promptly.
- Recording and maintaining accurate monthly rental payment records.
- Tracking check-in/check-out data for local and foreign residents.
- Applying for and arranging hostel JTK certificates.
- Responding to project-related emails professionally.
- Submitting “New Hostel Rental Application” to Mr. Ian.
- Collecting and safekeeping all rental agreements.
Transportation Responsibilities:
- Recording and verifying monthly transportation-related expenses.
- Monitoring and maintaining an updated headcount of transportation usage.
- Collecting and processing transportation-related claims, including ridesharing services.
Other Duties (Hostel & Transportation):
- Updating the name list of wardens and drivers regularly.
- Monitoring and verifying supplier invoices for expenses.
- Providing detailed monthly financial data for hostel and transportation.
- Accurately recording and calculating overtime hours for drivers and wardens.
- Preparing monthly overtime forms for drivers and wardens.
- Designing and disseminating hostel and transportation-related notices to stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
