Job Description
As an E-commerce Admin, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online store. Your primary role will be to ensure that the website is up-to-date with the latest products, prices, and promotions.
You will be in charge of uploading product images, writing product descriptions, and ensuring that all information is accurate and complete. It will be your responsibility to track inventory, monitor sales, and process orders efficiently. You will also be required to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of SEO optimization, online marketing, and social media is an advantage.
