Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome
- Be attentive to customers’ needs
- Recommend the best products to customers
- Inform customers about discounts and promotions
- Use upselling techniques to increase store sales and achieve sales goals
- Process payment using cash register, credit card machines, and/or POS system
- Ensure products are presentable and clean
- Make sure products are fully stocked daily
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products
- Be aware of shoplifting and payment or identity fraud
- Handle customer complaints and find a reasonable solution
- Perform basic cleaning before opening and after closing
- Assist Manager/Supervisor/Cashier with miscellaneous duties
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience
- Basic customer service skills
- Maintain professionalism at work
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Physically fit, able to commit to work
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
- Able to communicate in multiple languages is an advantage
- Experience in retail and customer service
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Flexibility to work on shifts
- Working at Gopeng, Perak
Additional Information:
** Working days: 5.5 (Monday – Saturday, half day)
Interview session will be at Global Wira Sdn Bhd, 16 sierra, Puchong
