Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Internship Admin. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the administrative field. As an Internship Admin, you will be responsible for assisting with daily office tasks, managing correspondence, organizing files, and providing support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files and documents.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Perform data entry and assist in preparing reports.
- Handle general office duties such as photocopying and scanning documents.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
