Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Invoicing and processing receivables, including preparing invoices for HOD approval and generating monthly receivable statements.
- Reviewing and processing payments, ensuring completeness of payment vouchers, reimbursement claims, and advance requests.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Performing monthly reconciliation schedules and following up on outstanding items.
- Providing documentation to external parties (e.g., bankers, auditors, tax agents) under the supervision of the Finance Manager.
- Preparation of monthly account closing procedures, including the consolidation of financial reports for the group and relevant supporting schedules.
- Carrying out additional job assignments as required by the Finance Manager.
