Job Description
Greetings from Softenger (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. We are hiring for one of our Leading client for the role of Assistant Manager- Finance.
Position: Assistant Finance Manager
Employment: Permanent
Industry: IT services
Location: Empire City Damansara
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of Accounts, timely production of monthly management and financial reports including key performance indicators for management review.
- Interpret accounting data and prepare analysis reports.
- Liaise with subsidiary office on matters relating to accounts, finance, and payment matters of the subsidiary office.
- Review countries management report, prepare for monthly, quarterly management, and consolidated financial reports.
- Highlight the financial performance and financial position, including variance analysis.
- To lead and guide subordinates and to maintain a high level of accuracy for accounting transactions.
- Basic stock and inventory management.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure fund availability for payment and placement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with experience in the audit line & MNC is an added advantage.
- Possess a high level of accuracy and initiative.
