Job Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & growing clients in the social commerce market.
• Continuous cold calling of prospective clients.
• Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients.
• Track prospects – identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that the company can offer – to specific client’s need.
• Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Managing key client accounts.
• Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Researching and recommending new opportunities: Recommending profit and service improvements.
• Managing and monitoring day-to-day relationships and communications.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Target and successfully achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by management.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the sales manager.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Diploma/Degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Work Experience: Full-time minimum of 2-3 years sales or customer service experience is highly preferred.

Understanding of non-asset, expedited, transportation concepts and pricing is a plus.

Experience in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.

Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals; develop individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others’ efforts.

Job Type:

Full-time

Salary:

RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay Types:

• Overtime pay
• Yearly bonus

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
