Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Management Executive to oversee and manage our diverse portfolio of properties. As the Property Management Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing rental income.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing property management strategies, conducting regular property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, negotiating lease agreements, and managing tenant relations. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for property acquisition and development.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in property management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations. You should also possess strong leadership abilities and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team of property management professionals.
