Job Description:
- Handling all inbound calls, emails, and chats pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issue related to the company’s products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above
- SPM Leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – Full training provided
- Candidates MUST be able to speak, read, and write in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts
