Job Description
1. Deal with trade and end-users especially for luxury consumers, act as a professional consultant to provide appropriate suggestions on products / services / solutions to meet consumers’ requirements.
2. Approach and assist customers throughout the entire furniture buying process.
3. Responsible to drive maximum brand visibility, ROI, and meet sales KPIs.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and prospects.
5. Collect customers’ insights/needs, analyze and provide feedback to management for further customer journey enhancement purpose.
6. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
7. Complete showroom administration and prepare daily sales documents (e.g.: quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, etc.).
8. Ensure showroom presentation and visual merchandising standard are in compliance with company standard and policies.
9. Work closely with teams from different departments and align work with the company management decisions.
