Job Description
As a Sales & Marketing Support Assistant at M&H Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the sales & marketing department. Your duties include:
Job Descriptions:
- Managing and updating client’s database according to projects and companies
- Crosschecking payments received from clients with the account department
- Managing and updating clients’ profiles and purchases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Data entry for incoming sales
- Crosschecking clients’ details and updating as necessary
Generate Contracts:
Generating contracts when required based on sales and clients’ details
Maintain Proper Filing System:
Responsible for maintaining a filing system according to companies and projects
Prepare Reports:
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested by superiors
- Generating daily sales reports based on total sales received
Undertake Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Recording clients’ Rollover cases
- Keeping track of clients’ travel vouchers, monthly sales promotions, and incentives
- Sending emails to clients for upcoming events, news, project updates, etc.
