Job Description
- Maintain and ensure utility equipment & high voltage room are in good condition to prevent unwanted production downtime.
- Responsible for selected machinery/equipment performance as per KPI.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and preventive maintenance on designated machine/equipment based on TPM requirement.
- Minimize production downtime and communicate within the team for continuous improvement.
- Repair work or machine adjustment to be done promptly.
- Assist with electrical equipment maintenance and carry out necessary repairs.
- Create daily reports and improvement action plans.
- Establish, revise, and update necessary formats.
- Prepare daily technical reports for review.
- Participate in monthly technical meetings and problem-solving discussions regarding equipment issues.
- Prepare corrective and preventive action plans as required.
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out predictive and repair maintenance for high voltage equipment.
- Register Chargeman competency with Energy Commission of Malaysia.
