Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory control.
Your main duties will include:
- Setting sales targets and driving the team to achieve them
- Creating effective strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Managing and training a team of employees
- Ensuring proper merchandising and inventory management
