Job Description
Provide strategic input to build the GoCar Garage business vertical, through initiation and implementation of ideas and projects.
Prospect, pitch, on-board and maintain relationships with GoCar Garage partners throughout the country.
Work with Partners to introduce standardized products and packages to consumers through the GoCar Garage Platform (App & Web).
Focus on increases sales of Spare Parts (both SKU and volume) to Partners through the GoCar Garage Parts Store.
Collaborate with internal teams to increase the demand for Gocar Garage services.
Oversee the entire customer journey during their bookings, and ironing out any issues that may arise.
Focus on customer acquisition, customer journey and customer loyalty to increase customer repeat visits and growth.
Explore partnerships with fleet operators to offer our fleet management solution.
Handle day-to-day business operations.
Produce and analyze vertical performance reports to support ideas and projects proposed.
Ensure documentation integrity and completion for audit and legal requirements.
