Job Description
1. Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms including performing live streaming, ensuring constant updates, user-friendly interfaces, and optimized conversions.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase online traffic, customer engagement, and sales through various digital channels such as the website, social media, and marketplaces.
3. Analyze key metrics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective IT solutions and support.
5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.
6. Monitor and optimize the online customer journey, including site navigation, checkout process, and overall user experience.
7. Manage inventory levels, product listings, and ensure accurate and appealing product presentations.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to implement innovative strategies.
9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
