Job Description
- Verifying payment vouchers to suppliers prepared by Account Clerks.
- Checking and updating the Statement of Accounts of each debtor every month.
- Submitting lists of unpaid debtor invoices to the Purchasing Department.
- Recording all transactions, including payments and receipts, in the Cash Book and preparing bank reconciliation statements upon receiving the Bank Statement.
- Reviewing and organizing invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders from suppliers before making payments.
- Preparing Purchase Reports on a weekly basis.
- Preparing Reports on Electricity, Water, and Telephone Usage every month.
- Entering Payment Vouchers into the FOCUS System monthly.
- Updating payments made to Suppliers from the System.
