Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
- Conduct monthly stock take to ensure stock consistency and accuracy where physical stock tally with the system.
- Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions for inventory performance.
- Maintain timely and accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Handle inventory-related issues, facilitating immediate attention and follow-up action.
- Involve in customers’ audit and preparation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance visibility and streamline reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
Job Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma holder with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an inventory management personnel in warehouse operations.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for inventory management.
- Computer literate, good knowledge in WMS and Ms Excel.
- Able to drive a forklift/reach truck.
- Can start work immediately will be an advantage.
- Positions available in Shah Alam.
