Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the MD and ensuring smooth functioning of the company.

Your responsibilities will include managing the MD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, arranging travel itineraries, and coordinating meetings. You will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively. You should possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
