Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the team to improve & develop business propositions.
- Identify the cooperative needs to address the commercial cooperative’s deposit needs.
- Execute marketing initiatives to convince new cooperative and existing cooperative as depositor and investor for KOPSYA.
- Manage portfolio to ensure return on investment and profitability of the investment.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
- Work with relevant stakeholders such as supervisor and decision maker to ensure smooth cooperative journey as depositor and investor in KOPSYA.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in any fields, preferably Business Administration, Banking, Finance and/or Marketing.
- At least 1-2 years of banking and/or marketing work experience in the banking and finance industry or any other similar related industries.
- Strong banking product and services knowledge.
- Able to perform work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people from all levels.
- Result driven and takes initiatives to drive the business.
