Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations in our food industry facility. As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality food products.
• Manage and develop a team of production staff through effective training and performance management.
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and actively promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry.
