Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated R2P T&E Associate who is fluent in Mandarin. As an R2P T&E Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of travel and expense activities for our company.
In this role, you will be required to handle various tasks, including but not limited to, reviewing and processing expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, reconciling travel expenses, and providing support to the travel and expense team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Mandarin, as you will be required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors. Additionally, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines are important qualifications for this position.
