Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our accounting team as an Account Payable (Mandarin Speaker – Fresh Grad). As the Account Payable, you will be responsible for managing and processing payments for vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness
- Process payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin is required
- Recent graduate with a degree in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
