Job Description
- Contact customers to offer pricing options for car insurance renewal
- Gather information from customers to provide suitable quotes
- Assist in completing the car insurance renewal process
- Facilitate sales process by assisting customers in making payments
- Utilize company-provided sales instructions to acquire new customers
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and issues
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Have at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or marketing
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English communication
- Desire to achieve high commissions
- Company offers basic salary + commissions
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Willing to work in Empire City, Damansara Perdana
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
