Job Description
- Able to handle all inquiries, correspondences, and complaints raised by customers.
- Able to handle in preparing product quotations.
- Assist in processing Customer Purchase orders.
- Assist in processing Customers’ pre-order schedules.
- To issue new product codes for new products in order to do data entry.
- To prepare balance stocks analysis for customers (request by the hotel).
- Follow-up on payment from the customers.
- To ensure the data entry for Customer Orders – Order/ Plan / Blanket Order and Safety Par are entered correctly in the Syteline System with the understanding of the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Lead Time to plan out the Customer Order in good order with the Sales Persons.
- Coordinate with internal/external operations team for local or international order delivery arrangements.
- Documentations and Filling
- Any ad-hoc job on a time-to-time basis.
