Job Description
Nature of Business: Financial Solution Company
Working Hour: 5 days working (Mon-Fri), 9am – 6pm.
Salary: RM200 – RM2500
Requirements:
- Diploma and higher
- Fresh graduates with keen interest are welcomed, training and coaching will be provided.

Job Scope:
- Execute outbound calls to provided database promoting financial product and services.
- To build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product fact sheet and sales script.
- Effectively communicate and promote financial products to customers by telephone.
- Deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the products and services.
- To contribute in team effort by accomplishing related results as needed individually and as a team player with the guidance and coaching of your Team Manager.
- Raise accurate fulfillment requests upon new sales generation.
