As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s financial records, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and handling financial transactions related to international logistics operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of international logistics processes and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
• Processing invoices, payments, and expenses related to international logistics operations
• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management review
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
