We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Management – Team Manager. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Your main duties will include overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team, setting sales targets and goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training as needed. You will also be responsible for implementing and improving sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
